A RACE TO EQUALIZE LAW SCHOOL ADMISSIONS
According to the Hispanic National Bar Association, while making up 18% of our country's population, Hispanics comprise only about 5% of the nation's lawyers. Now more than ever, we see the necessity in having a legal profession that is more reflective of our nation’s ethnic diversity. Diversity in the legal field will increase public trust in our legal system, assist law firms develop more innovative approaches to legal problems, and increase judicial diversity. Change won’t happen overnight, but with its ¡Ándale! Scholarship, the ¡Ándale! Foundation aims to help equalize law school admissions for latinos. Help us achieve our goal!
IN SIX YEARS, THE ¡ÁNDALE! 5K HAS AWARDED NEARLY 200 SCHOLARSHIPS
The ¡Ándale! Scholarship helps recipients pay for LSAT preparation courses and related LSAT fees, an obstacle for many aspiring attorneys wishing to go to law school. Through your support, we have raised over $400,000 and awarded nearly 200 scholarships.
BREAKING BARRIERS
A significant barrier for many Hispanics who wish to pursue a legal education is their inability to afford an LSAT preparation course, which would lead to higher LSAT scores and ultimate a higher chance of getting accepted into law school. This race will raise funds for scholarships to pay for Hispanic college students to offset the costs of LSAT preparation courses.

ABOUT US
Born out of the Nevada Latino Bar Association but now operating as the ¡Ándale! Foundation, we aim to diversify the legal profession. Through discussions with various education professionals, the LBA learned that a significant barrier for many Latinos who wish to pursue a legal education is the cost of an LSAT preparation course.
The LBA founded the ¡Ándale! Scholarship to provide financial support for college students and graduates to pay for LSAT preparation courses.
